Shipping
Orders are shipped usually within 1-3 days after being placed. We cannot guarantee a certain day at which the package is to arrive, so please order accordingly, to our shipping rates.
We use USPS Ground (2 - 5 business days delivery). USPS delivers packages Monday-Saturday. We use carrier calculated shipping rates, meaning USPS will estimate how many business days it will take for your package to arrive, once it is shipped. Their estimates may not always be correct, so please be aware of this. Unforeseen delays can be possible.
Can I Track My Order?
Absolutely! All orders include a tracking number that you will receive in an order shipped email. You can track your order with USPS HERE.
Do I Have An Order Confirmation?
All customers get an automatic email sent to them after a purchase is made. If you did not get the email, please make sure that we are on your email's "safelist" and that the emails are not going into your SPAM folder.

We ship out of Florida.
What Kind Of Message Can I Send?
Anything! The possibilities are endless! We even allow profanity.
**NOTE** We review all messages and will not send threatening, harmful, or racial messages.
If we deem your message inappropriate, we have the right to cancel your order or have you change the message.
Can I Stay Anonymous?
Absolutely! You can choose whether you want to be known or stay anonymous.
Regardless of what you choose, we will not put your name or address on the package.
**NOTE** If a recipient contacts us feeling harassed by a package, we may reveal your identity to avoid conflict with us and the recipient.
Can I Send One To Myself?
Absolutely! If you want to buy one yourself to personally give to someone you know, just enter your own address.
Will The Recipient Know Who It's From?
That's entirely up to you! If you wish to stay anonymous, don't include any indication in your message.
If you want the recipient to know, simply include your name in the message or something that only the recipient would know about you. For example, "Love Tom"
Can I Edit My Message After An Order Is Placed?
Yes! If you have not received the "order shipped" email from us that means we have not shipped your order yet. If this is the case, please email us as soon as you can and let us know of the change in the message and we will edit it for you.
What If I Put The Wrong Address?
Mistakes happen, just make sure you email us immediately with your name, order number, and updated address.
We are not responsible for delivering to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly!
What Kind Of Packaging Will The Order Arrive In?
The package will be delivered in a plain brown box. There are no receipts or invoices inside the package, just an info card for FeistyFruit.
